- (List your prior experience on MU*'s, or even tabletop. Who you played and where, how long you've been RPing, all that good stuff. Also, now's a good time to realize that this is a consent-based MUSH.)

- (The full name of your character. The name you connect with should be specified in the app's subject line.)

- (How old is the character?)

- 8.) CHARACTER SPECIES
- (Either Human or Zoanthrope. If Zoanthrope, specify what type. It's important to know that you need to app a Zoanthrope character even if the character doesn't yet know they're a Zoanthrope.)
- 9.) PERSONALITY
- (The first of the two most important parts of the application. We need to know how they tick. Why they do what they do and why they think what they think. The character needs to be explained in full, the more information, the better. How do they feel towards certain groups or factions? What is their personality like? What do they like, and what don't they? What's something they'd never do, and what values do they uphold? What are their personality flaws? Go wild with it. A well thought-out character is much, much more likely to be accepted than one that isn't given much work, especially if the character is rather unique or unusual.)
- 10.) BACKGROUND
- (The second part of the most important chunk of the app. We need to know here what shaped the character into the person they are today. What events lead them to be where they are, both mentally and geographically. This is where the justification for the personality or character traits should really come into play. Don't skimp on the important stuff, but we don't exactly need to know what they are for breakfast on their fourth birthday.)
- 11.) DESCRIPTION
- (Relax, we're not looking for a full-blown desc. We just want to have a general idea of the character's appearance. Anything physically distinctive should be noted here. You can put your planned description in bullet form for all we care, just so long as we have an idea of what the character looks like. NOTE: If the character is a Zoanthrope, we'll need a second generalized desc of it. Again, anything physically distinctive, including variations from the character's natural state should be noted. It's important keep in mind that Zoanthrope forms don't always have to be bigger or heavier than the human forms some remain the same, and others may even shrink in size.)

For example, the subject could be:

It's very important to enter this subject correctly, as any variation will wind up with it in the spam folder. Also, be sure that the application is in the body of the e-mail, not attached as a document or anything. We won't open those, and the app would be kind'a wasted. We don't want that happening.
